These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at project36.io and any related subdomains (the "Site"), operated by Project36 Limited ("Project36", "we", "us" or "our"), a company registered in England and Wales (company number 10525406) with its registered office at Kingsway House, Foregate Street, Worcester WR1 1EE.

By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site. These Terms govern use of the Site only. Where Project36 provides paid services to you under a separate agreement, our Terms of Business and the relevant order or statement of work will apply to those services.

These Terms, their subject matter and formation, are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You and Project36 agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site.
